For large attendances, our Meriden & Garden Suites provide excellent facilities for Conferences. The 3 Smaller Suites (King / Queen / Imperial) and Interview Room (maximum 6 Delegates) provide T Mobile high speed internet access.
Conference rooms are available on a 24 hour rate, day delegate rate or on a room hire plus extras' basis. All rooms have natural daylight as well as artificial lighting. Depending on the layout you require, we are able to accommodate up to 60 boardroom, 140 theatre or 50 classroom style, the smallest being suitable as an interview room for 6/7 people.
All conference rooms have direct dial telephone and a television socket with Wi Fi high speed internet access from all areas except the restaurant. Refreshments may be taken in the room or other designated parts of the hotel subject to availability. All conference and banqueting rooms are accessible at ground floor level.

The Restaurant is currently closed for refurbishment and hot food will not be available until it re-opens in September.
